1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using CleanScan: PDF & QR Scanner (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

  • You are responsible for any content or files you create or store using the App.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all related content, including but not limited to logos, UI design, and trademarks, are the property of THE VARDAN APPS.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without written permission.

4. User Data & Privacy

  • The App does not collect or store personal documents.

  • Your scanned files, PDFs, images, and signatures are stored only on your device.

  • We use Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage tracking. No personal content is uploaded.

5. Permissions

To function properly, the App requires:

  • Camera Access – for scanning documents and QR/barcodes

  • Storage Access – for saving PDF and image files locally

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, although doing so may limit functionality.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, add, or remove features in the App at any time

  • Modify these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of updated Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use of the App disrupts other users or breaches applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of scanned data

  • That the App will be error-free or always available

Under no circumstance shall THE VARDAN APPS be liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
